Monochromatic Introspection represents the time one spends in quiet contemplation, which may be overlooked by many in our current world of technological distractions. These two-sided plexiglass pieces are comprised of squares that create an abstract image of my profile.  When pieced together, the abstractness in the photos and matching grey tone in the painting creates a puzzle that represents my enigmatic self. I use the single colored background to remove any distractions from the subject.
