Mia Decker-Steckhahn
Mia Decker-Steckhahn is known for capturing beautiful small moments in time and sealing them forever into photos and videos. Her melancholic eye is always watching for the perfect moment to keep. Mia first picked up a camera at the age of ten and won her first photo contest a week later. It was only uphill from there. Her time at The College of New Jersey in the BFA program is not over yet and still has a lot in store.

Caitlin Hackett
Caitlin Hackett is a lens based artist and painter. She grew up in the Tri-state area which has a huge influence in her work. She primarily does photography of light, architecture and nature. She has challenged and expanded her subjects to include self portraiture. Hackett’s work explores the emotions in places and inanimate objects.

CJ Han
CJ Han is an illustrator and sequential artist based in the New York Metropolitan Area. What they’re most passionate about is creating narratives and storytelling through their art. For their personal work, they explore journey and identity in a collection of self-portraits that have been developed throughout the last four years. Han portrays the struggles of growing up, family, identity, and childhood dreams.
John Linaris
John Linaris is a naturalist and illustrator based in New Jersey. Linaris has a passion for animation and storytelling in which he is pursuing a career. His practice is very adaptable to a diverse range of projects, media, and styles of working. Linaris’ focus is on landscapes, frame-by-frame animations, and character design. The programs he is most proficient in are Clip Studio Paint, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro Media Editing. Linaris expresses his appreciation for nature in his own practice and the show Into the Dreamscape.
Kailee Lockwood
Kailee Lockwood is based in the North Jersey and Metropolitan area. Lockwood is a painter and multimedia artist who experiments with texture within her practice. She explores paint in a three-dimensional way by using oil paint and modeling paste to create physical depth within each work. Her paintings reference texture and color found in nature. She also experiments with non-traditional media in paintings such as hot glue, india ink, and food coloring. Her work is beginning to take a sculptural approach as she is exploring the ways painting can be defined within a physical space.

Carly McKenzie
Carly McKenzie is a sculptor and printmaker based out of central New Jersey. Her work has investigated nostalgia from childhood, familial connections, and heirlooms. Drawing inspiration from the past, McKenzie is influenced by antiques, novelty and retro toys, collectibles, and historical time periods. Her artmaking practice is through a mixed-media approach; working with resin, wood, textiles, clay, and paper. Additionally, McKenzie has started to create works with interactive elements and moving pieces.

Joe Om
Joe Om is a photographer based in the New York Metropolitan Area. His work explores surreal portraiture and dreams to create uncanny images which aim to transport his audience into a realm of fantasy. Though portraits are Om’s primary focus, his interests are versatile and explore many photographic directions.

Sarah Quiles
Sarah Quiles is New Jersey based multimedia artist who works across sculpture, video, installation, textiles, drawing and painting. Both Sarah’s personal and professional pursuit of art therapy inspires the root of her practice. Sarah engages with processes of mapmaking and weaving as a way to process and reflect on various experiences and emotions in her life. Her work connects with herself and the public on the collective experience of pain and healing.

Ren Rullo
Ren Rullo is a printmaker, spatially-oriented artist, and art historian based in the south Jersey and Philadelphia area. Rullo’s practice as a curatorial art historian influences their art making through historical examples and research. Rullo explores concepts of implied artistic value through non-traditional mediums, multi-media work, and art-making methods tied to female and LGBT makers. Their art also takes inspiration from non-archival mediums, time-sensitive pieces, audience interaction, and dual-utilitarian function of an art-object.

Shana Scavelli
Shana Scavelli is a multimedia artist based out of the South Jersey/ Philly area. Specializing in photography, painting, and tattooing, her work often questions social norms and emotional responses. Working with large-scale pieces, she uses her unique personal lens as a working tattoo artist to bring light to tattooing as a valid and important aspect of the art world.

Lauren Schweighardt
Lauren Schweighardt is a professional photographer from Hanover Township, New Jersey. Lauren has been taking photos for over eight years. The themes of her work are women empowerment, self-confidence, expressing oneself, and positivity. Being open to different types of photography and art forms has given her a broad perspective of art and allows her to create and share who she is through her style and unique point of view.

Andrew Serge
Born in New Jersey, Andrew Serge is a visual artist who specializes in sculpture, paint and print. He believes that through a fundamental understanding of the natural world, we are able to achieve the most rewarding human relationships. By bringing together object, material and the space they occupy, he draws our attention to the way our lives are reflected, both subtly and explicitly, in our environment.

Heather Simpson is a fine artist with a specialty in traditional mediums such as photography, sculpture, and illustration. When it comes to her work, Heather experiments with different techniques to approach each piece and push the conventional standards of art.
